Locative Magazine publishes on a bi-annual schedule, with issues in May and November-ish. Our latest issue, Honey//Lemon, launched in October of 2025 and features new writing from twelve Australian authors.
We’re currently closed for submissions whilst we work on our fifth issue, Smoke // Mirrors. Submissions will re-open between June 1 2026 and July 31 2026 on a theme to be announced, further details on our Submissions page. There is no submission fee, and all published writing is paid.
